Version History

A plain-language summary of what changed in each release. For a detailed technical changelog, contact us directly.

1.57.0 - October 2026

The "All platform capabilities" page now lists everything the platform does, for both the company and the employee: the signed audit package, audit preparation, fast onboarding, the AI Act readiness test, purchasing and licence management, the managed service, multi-organisation administrators, the browser extension, risk classification, new-tool reviews, scenarios and more. Items that need a higher package carry a small "from ..." label.

1.56.0 - October 2026

The front page is clearer: the example screens now sit under a heading that explains they show what Litoria looks like in daily use. The "What is included" list was brought up to date with everything the platform can do today, including the signed audit package, the "What would you do?" scenarios, audit preparation, multi-organisation administrators and custom branding. The pricing page now shows the correct name for the signed audit package.

1.55.1 - October 2026

The signed audit package now also works on web hosts that do not have the libsodium add-on. It automatically uses another standard security component that nearly every host provides, with the same level of protection and the same verification page.

1.55.0 - October 2026

New for organization admins: a signed audit package. With one click you create a single PDF that captures your AI governance evidence and a training register of your employees at that moment, digitally signed so a regulator or auditor can check that nothing has been changed since. They can verify it on a public page with the package ID or by uploading the file. You can replace employee names with references when sharing outside the company. Also fixed: administrators who manage several client organizations were sometimes sent back to their first client after saving a change.

1.54.0 - October 2026

The banking, HR and finance training modules now include short "What would you do?" scenarios from everyday work - for example a customer email pasted into a public AI tool, a deepfake call asking for an urgent transfer, or a recruiting tool that quietly favours some candidates. You pick an answer and immediately see why it is right or wrong. They are optional practice and do not affect the exam.

1.53.0 - October 2026

Fixed a confusing situation with the email confirmation link: if something opens the link automatically before the person clicks it themselves - most commonly a company or government mail security scanner checking links for safety - the person's own click would show a scary "invalid link" error, even though their account had already been confirmed successfully. The link now recognizes "this was already used" as a separate, friendly case ("you're most likely already confirmed - try logging in") instead of treating it the same as a genuinely broken or fake link.

1.52.0 - October 2026

The homepage now leads with punchier, more sales-focused copy: a short opening about the problem and the solution, three quick highlights (training per employee, an audit-ready record, "set up in days, not months"), and a "More" link that expands into the full details plus two short lists - what the AI Act actually requires, and what happens if you don't have a system like this in place. Also fixed a translation bug where part of the Croatian homepage text (the course duration) was showing up in Slovenian instead of Croatian.

1.51.0 - September 2026

The new "Skrbnik for multiple organizations" role can now also be set up by sending an email invite, instead of requiring the person to already have an account. You pick which client organizations to grant right when you send the invite; the person clicks the link, sets their own password, and their account is ready with exactly those clients assigned. The previous way (granting the role to an existing account) is still there too, side by side.

1.50.0 - September 2026

New administrator role: "Skrbnik for multiple organizations." If you manage the platform for several client organizations as a service (e.g. as a Kwizmo Skrbnik), the same person can now log in once and administer all of their assigned clients - instead of needing a separate account per client or using the far more powerful, platform- wide superadmin account. This role only ever sees the organizations it's been assigned, has no access to platform-wide settings, and correctly sees each client's real package tier and features. Set up by a superadmin on a new management page.

1.49.0 - September 2026

New "Audit preparation" page for organization admins (Enterprise package): a ready-made list of questions an auditor or inspector typically asks, each with a live, calculated answer and a link to the exact report that proves it - so you're not searching through separate registers while an auditor is on the call. Includes a print-friendly view for attaching to your audit documentation.

1.48.2 - September 2026

Corrected the wording of the new pricing-page FAQ answer about Kwizmo Skrbnik: it now correctly says the full year is charged immediately upon activation, in advance - not deferred to your next license renewal (billing itself was already working this way; only the wording was wrong).

1.48.1 - September 2026

The pricing page now explains how to actually get Kwizmo Skrbnik - a new FAQ entry spells out the process: your organization must already be active on a package, you request it from the admin menu, and our team reviews and activates it (it isn't instant self-service like a license purchase).

1.48.0 - September 2026

The administrator checklist now lets you look back at past months, not just the current one. A new month selector shows what was completed in any earlier month (read-only - past history can't be changed), so you can check what was done in, say, July even after August's list has already reset.

1.47.0 - September 2026

Added a new card to the set that introduces Litoria to first-time visitors, so it now also mentions Kwizmo Skrbnik (the managed service added in an earlier update) - previously it wasn't mentioned there at all.

1.46.1 - September 2026

Ran a full functional test of the whole application, including payments (Stripe checkout and webhook processing). Found and fixed one real bug: deleting an organization as a super-admin failed with an error for any organization that had license, Skrbnik, checklist, or AI-usage history - which in practice was almost every real organization. It now works correctly and cleans up every related record. Everything else tested (registration, exams, certificates, Skrbnik, the checklist, and all super-admin actions) was already working correctly.

1.46.0 - September 2026

Added a free Administrator checklist: a practical to-do list, split into one-time setup tasks and recurring monthly tasks, for whoever runs Litoria day-to-day at an organization. Items automatically match the organization's package - nothing shows up for a feature the package doesn't include. The monthly list resets itself at the start of every month.

1.45.0 - September 2026

Added Kwizmo Skrbnik, a new optional managed service: Kwizmo can run Litoria day-to-day on an organization's behalf for a monthly flat fee plus a 20% surcharge per employee, billed annually alongside the organization's existing license. Organization admins can request it; super-admins activate, renew, or turn it off, and every charge shows up with its own reference number for invoicing.

1.44.1 - September 2026

Aligned the compliance timeline's dates with the course content's existing precision, and mentioned the anonymous reporting option directly in the AI literacy lesson about incident reporting.

1.44.0 - September 2026

The in-app user manual now covers every feature added recently - risk classification, the compliance timeline, new-tool requests, license history, peer comparison, anonymous incident reporting, and the expanded compliance documents - in both Slovenian and English.

1.43.3 - September 2026

The AI literacy Word report now includes organization admins, not just employees - matching how the dashboard already counts them.

1.43.2 - September 2026

Tidied up the top navigation menu - three admin tools that had ended up as separate top-level items now live together under "More tools" inside the existing Admin menu.

1.43.1 - September 2026

Moved the AI system risk classification report to the "Compliance documents" page, where it's now downloadable as a sixth Word document alongside the existing policy, register, notice, and checklist templates.

1.43.0 - September 2026

Six new compliance features: anonymous incident reporting, an EU AI Act risk classification wizard, an obligations timeline, an expanded compliance report, a new-tool procurement questionnaire, and an anonymized comparison with similar companies.

1.42.0 - September 2026

Each license purchase now gets its own reference number (e.g. LIC-000123), shown in the purchase history and included in payment confirmation emails, so invoices can point to the exact purchase.

1.41.0 - September 2026

License purchase history now also shows manual, unpaid grants made directly by a super-admin - useful since those seats will need to be billed after 12 months. Also fixed a gap where such manually-activated organizations never got expiry reminders at all.

1.40.2 - September 2026

Tidied up the controls under each organization in the organizations list - license, tier, and suspend/delete now sit on one clean row instead of stacking with large gaps between them.

1.40.1 - September 2026

The organizations list now alternates row colors, making it easier to tell where one company's entry ends and the next one's begins.

1.40.0 - September 2026

A new license purchase history page lets you see exactly when each batch of seats was bought and how many - super-admins can view any organization, org-admins see their own.

1.39.0 - September 2026

Closed a real gap where employees could join a new organization before its admin confirmed their email. Suspended organizations no longer appear in the super-admin dropdown, and super-admins can now delete an organization that has no employees.

1.38.0 - September 2026

New accounts must now confirm their email address before logging in, preventing someone from signing up with an email that isn't theirs. The payment page also now explains upfront that access starts as demo until payment is confirmed.

1.37.0 - September 2026

Buyers can now enter their company's tax ID during checkout, which appears automatically on the invoice Stripe sends them.

1.36.1 - September 2026

Fixed a bug introduced in the previous release that had completely broken Stripe checkout ("Invalid boolean: 1" error) - payments now work again.

1.36.0 - September 2026

Stripe payments now generate a real invoice, not just a receipt - automatically emailed to the customer, with a copy also sent to your own sales address so you always have a record too.

1.35.1 - September 2026

Stripe checkout now asks for the customer's billing address, so Stripe can issue a proper tax invoice instead of just a payment receipt.

1.35.0 - September 2026

Suspended organizations are now hidden from the main list by default, with a button to reveal and reactivate them. Company signup also offers a "pay now" option for immediate full access.

1.34.0 - September 2026

Super-admins can now send the readiness-assessment breakdown email to people who submitted before that feature existed - one at a time or all at once, from a new section on the assessment leads page.

1.33.0 - September 2026

Visitors who complete the free AI Act readiness assessment now actually receive the detailed results by email, as promised - their score, top gaps, and an invitation to try Litoria for free.

1.32.1 - September 2026

Fixed the quick-jump palette (Ctrl+K) - clicking an item now actually takes you there. Also fixed a security-policy setting that had been silently blocking the site's custom fonts since they were introduced.

1.32.0 - September 2026

The "Can I use AI for this?" assistant's own answer can now mention a fitting Kwizmo product when genuinely relevant, not just the separate suggestion card shown below it.

1.31.0 - September 2026

Product suggestions are now more balanced - CRM, Claveo, Plynth, and Link Vault each appear in three relevant spots throughout the app, instead of the PII anonymizer showing up more often than the rest.

1.30.2 - September 2026

The "Can I use AI for this?" assistant now always suggests a relevant Kwizmo product alongside its answer, matched to what you actually asked about - not just when the answer is no.

1.30.1 - September 2026

Kwizmo CRM joins the product suggestions - shown when an employee describes an AI use case involving sales, customers, or a pipeline.

1.30.0 - September 2026

Litoria now suggests other Kwizmo products at relevant moments - like a document-leakage concern pointing to Kwizmo Local, or a PII concern pointing to the PII anonymizer. Can be switched off platform-wide at any time.

1.29.1 - September 2026

Fixed the admin dashboard's trend chart, which was silently showing the wrong chart type due to a technical naming clash with another chart on the same page.

1.29.0 - September 2026

Super-admins can now directly promote an existing employee to super-admin - handy for self-hosted installs within a single company. Their exam history is kept, and their seat is freed automatically.

1.28.0 - September 2026

The organization list now shows the admin's email address and makes it much clearer where one organization ends and the next begins.

1.27.0 - September 2026

Super-admins can now suspend an organization (for example, a spam signup) - this immediately blocks access for everyone in it, including people already logged in, and can be reversed at any time.

1.26.0 - September 2026

A batch of interface upgrades: dark mode, a quick-jump command palette (Ctrl/Cmd+K), sortable and filterable tables, a trend chart on the admin dashboard, a progress ring, friendlier empty states, sticky table headers, and a compact table view.

1.25.0 - September 2026

A visual refresh across the whole platform - a more distinctive typeface pairing and a richer color palette, with icons added to the dashboard's stat cards. If your organization has already customized its own colors or fonts, nothing changes for you.

1.24.0 - September 2026

A round of interface polish: confirmations now appear as smooth, floating notifications instead of static banners, menus open with a gentle animation, and the readiness-assessment form shows a clear loading indicator while submitting.

1.23.0 - September 2026

Added a "Share on Facebook" button alongside the existing LinkedIn one, so employees can celebrate their certificate on either platform.

1.22.2 - September 2026

The image shown when sharing a certificate on LinkedIn now uses the full Kwizmo logo instead of the small badge, sized and centered so it never gets cropped.

1.22.1 - September 2026

Updated the LinkedIn share text to sound like the person themselves sharing their own achievement with their followers, rather than a third-person announcement.

1.22.0 - September 2026

The certificate page shared on LinkedIn now shows a proper preview - name, a professional description, and the Litoria logo - instead of a blank or generic-looking link.

1.21.1 - September 2026

The LinkedIn certificate-sharing button is now also available from your dashboard's exam history, so you can share it anytime - not just right after finishing the exam.

1.21.0 - September 2026

"Coming Soon" announcements can now have Croatian content too, instead of always falling back to Slovenian - added per announcement, with a clear indicator for any still waiting on translation.

1.20.1 - September 2026

Fixed a real bug in the browser extension: if a monitored AI site was open in a tab before you finished setting up the extension, it would never get detected afterward, even once configured correctly.

1.20.0 - September 2026

The browser extension now shows a small colored badge confirming whether it successfully detected a tool - previously it worked completely silently, so there was no way to tell if it was working.

1.19.2 - September 2026

Added a final "pin the icon" tip to the extension setup guide, since Chrome/Edge hide newly installed extensions by default - easy to mistake for a failed install.

1.19.1 - September 2026

Fixed the browser extension install prompt so organization admins see it too - it previously only appeared for employees.

1.19.0 - September 2026

Added a friendly, guided prompt that helps anyone in your team install the browser extension in under a minute, plus new step-by-step manual chapters for both employees and admins.

1.18.0 - September 2026

Organizations requesting more seats can now pay instantly by card instead of waiting for a quote - with the price calculated live as you choose a package and employee count. If card payment isn't set up, everything works exactly as before.

1.17.0 - September 2026

Added self-service payment - buy the Basic, Growing, or Business package with a card right on the pricing page and get access immediately, no waiting on a sales conversation.

1.16.0 - September 2026

Added three new ways to get more value from the platform: share your certificate on LinkedIn, add renewal/review deadlines straight to your calendar, and a free browser extension that automatically detects AI tools your team is using and suggests them for your tools register.

1.15.1 - September 2026

The free readiness assessment is now more prominent on the homepage, with a clear one-line explanation of what it does, positioned right before the sign-up button.

1.15.0 - September 2026

Added a free, public AI Act readiness assessment - a 2-minute quiz any website visitor can take to get an instant readiness score and see exactly which platform features would close their biggest gaps.

1.14.2 - September 2026

The "Employees" number on the dashboard now matches the employee table below it, including administrators. Also fixed a related issue where the "needs attention" list wasn't showing email addresses.

1.14.1 - September 2026

The employee table now also shows organization administrators (with a clear "Administrator" label) - so if an admin has also completed the training themselves, that's visible alongside everyone else instead of only in a separate exam-history view.

1.14.0 - September 2026

The employee table on the company dashboard now shows everyone, including employees who have since been removed, each with a clear status - so exam and certificate history is never hidden away in a separate view.

1.13.1 - September 2026

Fixed a crash on the company dashboard that could occur if an employee record was missing a name - the page now displays a clear "(no name set)" notice instead of breaking.

1.13.0 - September 2026

The stat cards on the company dashboard are now clickable - jump straight to the employee table, exam results, or the relevant list just by clicking the number you're interested in.

1.12.0 - September 2026

The Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Security, and Data Processing Agreement pages are now available in Croatian. Also fixed a bug where these pages sometimes showed Slovenian content regardless of the selected language.

1.11.1 - September 2026

Fixed a follow-up alignment issue on tablet/small-desktop widths, where the navigation menu could wrap onto a second line that didn't line up evenly with the first.

1.11.0 - September 2026

Language flags now display reliably as real images on every device. The mobile menu was also rebuilt as a proper collapsible menu, fixing messy wrapping on small screens.

1.10.3 - September 2026

Fixed menu search to reliably answer in the same language the question was asked in.

1.10.2 - September 2026

Added a loading indicator during menu search, so it's clear the search is running instead of the page appearing to hang.

1.10.1 - September 2026

Moved the Menu Search link to the main navigation bar so it's visible right away, on every page.

1.10.0 - September 2026

Added a "Menu Search" feature - type a question like "Where do I change the skin?" and get pointed to the right menu path. Super-admins configure the shared AI key and model that powers it.

1.9.1 - September 2026

The language selector is now a dropdown menu with country flags, making room for additional languages in the future.

1.9.0 - September 2026

Croatian language support is now complete - the full training course and exam are now available in Croatian, alongside the interface.

1.8.0 - September 2026

Added Croatian as a third supported language across the entire interface. Course content itself will follow in a later update; until then it displays in Slovenian for Croatian-language users.

1.7.8 - September 2026

Simplified a pricing FAQ answer to be more straightforward and honest about the one-time entry fee.

1.7.7 - September 2026

Added further reasoning to the pricing FAQ explaining why the entry fee increases with each package level.

1.7.6 - September 2026

Corrected a pricing page FAQ answer that inaccurately implied our team performs setup work the platform is actually designed for customers to do themselves.

1.7.5 - September 2026

Clarified in the pricing FAQ how upgrades and downgrades affect the entry fee, and gave a concrete example of what can raise Enterprise pricing above the base rate.

1.7.4 - September 2026

Added a pricing page FAQ answer explaining what the one-time entry fee covers.

1.7.3 - September 2026

Added a new section at the top of the pricing page explaining what you'd otherwise have to build yourself, and how the platform replaces that work from day one.

1.7.2 - September 2026

Significantly expanded the frequently asked questions on the pricing page, covering common questions about getting started, billing, security, and how the platform works day to day.

1.7.1 - September 2026

Added a pricing page FAQ answer and a Terms of Service clarification about how license renewal works, to match the feature introduced in the previous release.

1.7.0 - September 2026

Licenses now run for 12 months and can be renewed directly from your dashboard - you'll get an email reminder 30 days and 5 days before expiry, and you can adjust your seat count up or down when you renew. Admins can now also see and manage upcoming renewals across all organizations.

1.6.0 - September 2026

Admins can now remove an employee who has left the company, which frees up their license seat for a new hire while keeping the departed employee's certificate valid and verifiable. Also corrected some pricing and certificate wording for clarity, and refreshed the pricing page presentation.

1.5.8 - September 2026

Checked related pages for the same clarity improvement made in the previous release and updated the user manual's package description to match.

1.5.7 - September 2026

Clarified on the pricing page that every package includes everything in the Basic package, plus its own additional features.

1.5.6 - September 2026

Completed a second security assessment and applied further browser-level security improvements.

1.5.5 - September 2026

Added extra protection against automated abuse of the password reset and bulk employee invite features.

1.5.4 - September 2026

Completed a security assessment and applied two additional hardening improvements to further strengthen account and session security.

1.5.3 - September 2026

Improved loading speed for one of the reporting pages when used by organizations with very large amounts of exam history.

1.5.2 - September 2026

Improved how release information is presented on this page.

1.5.1 - September 2026

Corrected outdated wording on the homepage describing how companies get started, so it correctly reflects that choosing a package is part of setting up your account.

1.5.0 - September 2026

Internal cleanup of how web addresses are generated across the site - no visible change for most users.

1.4.0 - September 2026

Pages across the site can now be reached with simpler, cleaner web addresses.

1.3.1 - September 2026

Improved and made more consistent the Slovenian-language wording throughout the training content and interface.

1.3.0 - September 2026

Organization admins can now unlock a colleague's account themselves if it becomes temporarily locked after repeated failed login attempts, instead of waiting for it to reset automatically.

1.2.0 - September 2026

Added protection against repeated failed login attempts, and a way for admins to invite many employees at once from a simple list, instead of one at a time.

1.1.1 - September 2026

Fixed a display issue on the pricing page where the Basic package didn't show what was included.

1.1.0 - September 2026

The AI Governance Score now shows a clear, transparent breakdown of exactly how it's calculated, so it can be reviewed and trusted for reporting to leadership or auditors.

1.0.3 - September 2026

Clarified in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement exactly how the optional AI assistant features handle data when a customer chooses to enable them.

1.0.2 - September 2026

Simplified how release information is presented within the app.

1.0.1 - September 2026

Minor formatting fixes to the release information page.

1.0.0 - September 2026

First tracked release. Introduced flexible, package-based pricing; vendor risk tracking; a high-risk system checklist aligned with the EU AI Act; a regulatory deadline calendar; activity logging and access controls for administrators; and a comprehensive governance evidence export for audits and leadership reporting. Also strengthened data privacy protections between different customer organizations, and verified performance with very large numbers of users and organizations.
