Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Kwizmo Litoria training platform by an organization ("you", "your organization") and its employees. By registering an organization or account, you agree to these terms.

The service

Kwizmo Litoria provides online AI-literacy training (written or video), a final exam, PDF certificates, and organization-level governance documentation (policy templates, a tool register, and related reports), intended to help organizations document AI literacy measures under Article 4 of the EU AI Act.

Demo access and paid access

New organizations get free demo access to a limited number of lessons. Full access (the exam, certificates, and governance documentation) becomes available once your organization requests a quote and it is approved, and any agreed payment is settled outside the platform. Access is licensed per number of employee seats, as agreed at the time, for a period of 12 months from activation. You'll receive email reminders (30 and 5 days ahead) and a dashboard warning before expiry; renewal is available with the same, fewer, or more seats than you currently have.

Accounts and responsibilities

• Your organization's administrator is responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for managing which employees have access.
• Each user is responsible for keeping their password (and, if enabled, their authenticator app) secure, and for all activity under their account.
• Content submitted to the platform (e.g. custom internal chapters written by your organization) must not be unlawful, and remains your organization's responsibility.

Not legal advice

The course content and the governance document templates (policy, tool register, checklist, notices, and reports) are educational and starting-point materials. They do not constitute legal advice and are not a guarantee of compliance with the AI Act or any other law. You should adapt them to your organization and have them reviewed by qualified counsel.

Intellectual property

The course content, platform software, and design remain the property of Kwizmo d.o.o. or its licensors. Your organization retains ownership of any custom content it creates on the platform (e.g. custom chapters).

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, pricing, and these terms may change; material changes will be reflected on this page.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kwizmo d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on course content or templates for legal compliance purposes.

Termination

Either party may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment of agreed fees.
