Frequently asked questions

Can we try the course before buying?

Yes - the free, unlimited-time demo includes the first 3 chapters for any number of employees, with no payment details required.

Can we upgrade to a higher package later?

Yes - request an upgrade from your dashboard at any time. We prepare a quote for the prorated difference through the end of your billing period, then the new package price applies.

Is the contract tied to a fixed term?

We prepare a tailored offer based on your needs - the details are agreed when the offer is drawn up.

What happens when a license expires after 12 months?

Every organization admin gets an email reminder 30 and 5 days before expiry, and you'll also see a warning on your dashboard the whole time - a license never lapses without notice. You can renew with the same, fewer, or more seats than you currently have - your new 12-month period is counted from your current expiry date, not from the day you renew.

Do employees need to install anything?

No - everything runs in a web browser, no software or add-on to install. All they need is an internet connection and a login.

What languages is the course available in?

Slovenian and English, both fully complete and equivalent in content. Each employee picks their own language and can change it anytime.

Can I customize the course content for my company?

Yes, from the Growth package onward you can write your own fully internal chapters (e.g. your company's AI usage policy) with their own quiz questions - visible only to your employees, not to other organizations on the platform.

What happens if an employee doesn't pass the exam?

They can retake it as many times as needed - each attempt gets a fresh set of randomly selected questions. No extra cost or waiting period between attempts.

How many questions does the exam have and how is it graded?

The exam has 20 randomly selected questions drawn from the full course material. The pass threshold defaults to 80%, and an admin can adjust it for their organization.

Can I get a report of who has completed training?

Yes - the dashboard shows every employee's progress in real time (chapters completed, scores, certificate validity), and you can also export the data as a file for your own records.

Is the completion certificate legally required or officially recognized?

The AI Act doesn't require a specific certificate or a defined literacy level - the certificate is verifiable, publicly checkable evidence that the Article 4 measure was actually carried out, not a government accreditation or EU certification.

Can I put my own branding on the platform?

Yes, on the Enterprise package - your own name, logo, and colors across the whole deployment (pages, email, certificates, Word documents), with no trace of the Kwizmo name.

Do you support two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Yes - any user can set it up for themselves, and an admin can also require it organization-wide through a single setting.

What happens when an employee leaves the company?

An admin removes them from the employee list with one click - their access stops immediately, and the license seat becomes available for a new employee right away. Their history (exam, certificate) stays unchanged and still publicly verifiable.

Can I invite several employees at once?

Yes - paste a list of names and email addresses, and each one gets their own secure link to set a password. No need to wait for everyone to self-register with a join code.

What if we have specific industry requirements?

The platform offers additional modules for selected industries (e.g. healthcare, banking, legal) that you can enable for all employees, and from the Growth package onward you can also add fully custom internal chapters.

Where is my data stored and how is it protected?

All traffic is protected by HTTPS/TLS, passwords are one-way hashed, optional two-factor login is available, and the system keeps an audit trail of access. Details are on the security page.

What if I need more seats mid-year than I originally ordered?

You can request additional seats at any time - they're added to your existing count, with no effect on your current license expiry date.

Can I reduce my seat count mid-cycle, or only at renewal?

Seat count can only be reduced at renewal (when you choose a new, lower count for the next 12 months) - during an active cycle, seats can only be added.

Do you use our data to train AI models?

No. Optional AI features (like the AI assistant) run on your own Anthropic API key and your own agreement with Anthropic - Kwizmo doesn't use that data to train its own or anyone else's models. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Is the AI Act compliance deadline already behind us?

Article 4 of the AI Act (the AI literacy obligation) has applied since February 2, 2025 - so it isn't a future deadline, it's an obligation already in force. That's not a reason to panic, but it is a reason to act now if you haven't yet.

Can the super-admin see other organizations' data?

No - each organization sees only its own data. The super-admin role exists to manage the platform as a whole (approving orders, package settings), not to view other customers' content or results.

Is a separate, standalone deployment possible for our company?

Yes - as part of the Enterprise package, a separate deployment on your own infrastructure or domain, fully under your own brand, can be arranged.

Does price change with company size, beyond the per-employee rate?

The Enterprise package also includes volume discounts for larger organizations - the actual price is worked out when preparing your quote.

What happens to demo progress when an organization upgrades to paid?

Nothing is lost - employee progress on the first three lessons is kept, and upgrading automatically unlocks the remaining chapters, the exam, and the certificate.

Can employees see each other's exam results?

No - individual results are visible only to that employee and their organization's admins, never to other employees or other organizations.

Is a video version of the course available?

Yes - any employee can choose to watch video content instead of the written chapters, then take the exam directly. The choice is individual, not organization-wide.

What if our employees don't speak Slovenian or English?

The course is currently available in Slovenian and English. If you need an additional language, contact us - depending on demand, this can be planned.

Why is there a one-time entry fee, and why is it higher for higher packages?

The platform is self-service - the AI tools register, compliance documents, AI assistant, and similar are set up by each organization itself, with no work required on our side. The entry fee is a one-time cost to activate the chosen package, and it's higher for higher packages - much like how, with most software, more advanced editions cost more to activate. It's charged once, at first activation of that package, not on every renewal. Upgrading to a higher package means paying the difference; moving to a lower package doesn't refund the entry fee already paid. Enterprise pricing can exceed the base €55 when we agree to genuinely custom work - e.g. a fully separate deployment on your own infrastructure or domain (as opposed to choosing your own logo and colors within the shared platform, which is self-service and included).

What if we don't have our own staff to manage the platform - can you take that on?

Yes - that's the Kwizmo Skrbnik service. Instead of your own internal or external administrator, we take on setup, content, user support, and compliance monitoring. Billing is separate from your license: a monthly flat fee based on your package (200-500 EUR) plus a 20% surcharge on the package's per-employee price, both paid annually in advance and renewed TOGETHER with your existing license (never independently). The process: (1) you first need an active organization on any package - so start with the free trial or a purchase above; (2) as the organization's administrator, submit a request with one click on the "Kwizmo Skrbnik" page in the admin menu; (3) our team reviews the request and activates the service right away once approved - the full amount for the next 12 months (flat fee plus surcharge) is charged and due IMMEDIATELY on activation, in advance, not deferred to your next license renewal. Every following renewal is then kept in sync with your license's own renewal date. It isn't self-service like a license - it always goes through a brief manual review on our end.
